Will my plants be identical to the photos online?
When listing our products, we try to provide as much detail as possible, including photos and product descriptions. The images online will be a good representation of the plant you will receive, possibly larger or smaller. In cooler months, plants tend to be smaller, while in warmer months, they tend to grow larger.
It is always our practice to choose the largest bonsai tree available when setting aside your order.
When is new stock added?
As well as growing a large amount of plants in our thriving Jervis Bay Nursery, we have a number of other growers that we rely on throughout Australia for our stock. We add the fresh stock as it arrives at our nursery and ensure it is quality checked before they are placed for sale and on our website.
We will usually post on our social media channels as soon as we add new varieties, as well as send an email newsletter.
Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Your items are carefully packed and carefully wrapped to ensure their safety during shipping.
We will package your bonsai tree in its growing pot so that it is ready for you to enjoy as soon as it arrives. Since these are living plants, their conditions may vary slightly between time they were taken and when they were delivered. We will take absolute care to ensure the plant is in the best possible condition prior to transit and packaged very well, but we cannot guarantee how the courier will handle the package on its way to you, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage.
Before repotting, we recommend letting the new plant acclimate to its new pot for at least 2 weeks. This will help to reduce any unnecessary stress and help it adjust to its new environment.
The plants pictured are representative of the ones we have, you will receive one in a similar size/health as the one pictured. Variations in size/colour/leaf quantity/health are normal and to be expected with live plants.
Where do you ship to?
We ship living plants to locations in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory.
We ship our accessory range Australia Wide
Due to strict Bio Security Laws we are unable to ship live plants to Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory. If you place an order and your delivery address is in one of these states it will be immediately cancelled and a refund will be provided.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies over the phone. In addition, we accept direct debit payments online.
